I have more than 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, primarily
serving as a Principal or Advisor. Throughout my career, I have competently
guided a multitude of high-profile single asset, portfolio, and corporate
transactions for investors, banks, insurance companies, debtors, and creditors.
I am fully versed with all aspects of commercial real estate, including
commercial mortgage-backed securities, senior and mezzanine debt, mergers and
acquisitions of real estate investment trusts, real estate finance, and bank entities.

From the late 1990s through June 2002, I served as a Manager
at Arthur Andersen LLP in New York City. Working with the firm’s Real Estate
Consulting Structured Finance Group, I was directly responsible for managing the
daily operations of 30 professionals, working with other key teams, and
marketing the firm’s real estate advisory services. During my tenure at Arthur
Andersen LLP, I oversaw and sold $6 million worth of commercial mortgage-backed
securities loan underwriting services for large real estate portfolios. I also
managed $4 billion in real estate collateral due diligence and modeling, as well
as due diligence of banks and mortgage companies pertaining to real estate
acquisition and sell-side advisory for loan portfolios of large investment banks.

Since I began my real estate career, I have served in positions
at E.F. Hutton & Co., Deloitte Development LLC, the Dime Savings Bank of New
York, and Ernst & Young LLP, in addition to my current position at Ahern & Partners.
